DMCA Copyright Policy

CertNexa may request additional information before removing any allegedly infringing material. If we determine that the complaint is valid, we may remove or disable access to the material without prior notice.
We may also notify the individual who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled. Where permitted by applicable law, we may provide that individual with your contact information so they may respond or submit a counter-notification.
